USA and 13 in Spain and Europe. His
main responsibility in the USA was a
Special Services Engineer and was
SME (Service Module Expert)
representing Bell Atlantic, (Verizon)
to Bellcore for the Inventory and
Special Services Design Module of TIRKS®.
His last title in the USA was
Telecommunications Expert.

Mr.
Cooke
began his European Career as a
Consultant for Telefònica and later
was one of the founders of Airtel (Vodafone,
Spain) where he was the Fixed
Network Engineer. In the year 2000,
Mr. Cooke took another management
position with Broadnet
Consorcio,
designing and implementing the
entire Broadnet Network until
creating
Domo-Network,
SL.
He’s
an American citizen and resides in
Madrid, Spain.
