A. Domo-Network, SL was founded in 2002. But even though Domo-Network, SL is a new company, we have many years experience in all facets of telecommunications. The founders are from very large providers and understand the benefits of our services as well as the technical installations. Domo-Network, SL is one of the first companies in Spain to offer wireless and domotic installations and installed "remote access" connections to customer's networks allowing them to control their domotic devices and view their cameras through the Internet.

A. Yes, Domo-Network, SL consults for large and small providers as well as PYMES (small to medium businesses)  and residence customers and also other consultants. We have plenty of experience in the telecommunications sector and would enjoy sharing it with our clients.

Q. Can anyone have a Wireless Network?

A. Yes. Even with just two PC's, anyone can have a "functional"  wireless network. The optimum is to connect the wireless network with an Internet connection such as an ADSL. Later the client made add more PC's, cameras, printers and other terminal equipment. We feel its best to add-on little-by-little.

Q. Are wireless networks easy to use?

Q. Can the client have access to the wireless network from a remote terminal to view a camera installed within the wireless network?

A. Yes, by using "virtual" ports in the router. Domo-Network, SL will take the time to explain and to assist the client with any network options to allow access to the network but keeping it secure from intruders. Imagine having access from work to connect to your PC at home or to view wired or wireless cameras to watch your children.

Q. Will Domo-Network, SL take responsibility for a WiFi router or Access Point supplied and installed by another provider?

A. Yes, Domo-Network, SL will review, with the client another provider's installation and assume responsibility to complete any processes missed during installation, correct any problems, secure the network and complete the documentation explaining the new configuration. 

Q. Can Domotics be installed in an "old" home?

A. Yes, very easily and very economical. Domotics can be installed in any home.

Q. Can Domotics control the heater?

A. Yes, Domotics can control practically every device in a home. The most useful being lights, water for plants "persianas" etc... Best of all, Domotics can be programmed and left alone or with a wireless remote control, the client can over-ride the programs to turn on and off the devices manually. Domotics can also be connected to alarm systems and telephones.
